The History of EWAVE:
Pioneering Electric Water Sports

In the winter of 2015, Tiger, a former boat design engineer, and a group of like-minded partners envisioned a surfboard powered by a lithium battery instead of a gasoline engine. They organized a research team to bring this idea to life.
On January 5, 2016, EWAVE created and tested its first electric surfboard. Over the next three years, from 2016 to 2018, six generations of surfboards were rigorously tested and improved by EWAVE’s athletes, even in severe weather, until the product was finalized.
In May 2019, EWAVE debuted internationally in Lisbon, Portugal. From October 20 to 27, 2019, the first National Power Surfboard Game was held, featuring the EWAVE electric surfboard as the only designated board, making a stunning impression.
By April 2020, EWAVE successfully developed the hydrofoil attachment, achieving the "2-in-1" functionality. Our team continues to work hard on further improvements.
In December 2023, we launched our newest product, Formula Future. After extensive refinement and water testing, it entered mass production and the market.
